Studio 4 is a wellness venue in the Bishop Arts Co-op offering yoga, meditation, massage, aromatherapy, workshops, concerts and other programming in a relaxing, recently-renovated space.

Located in the heart of north Oak Cliff's bustling West Davis Street neighborhood, Studio 4 is one of eight artists' studios in a complex of light-industrial buildings. Amenities include hardwood floors, antique mirrors, central heat and air conditioning, soothing colors, soft lighting, a surround-sound system, and a full array of props to teach trust through support.

A wholistic approach to yoga for the seasoned, committed student.

Pranic Flow
Open to all levels of students, a comprehensive yoga class incorporating seasonal components and Ayurvedic principals.

Steady Warrior
Build strength, resilience and flexibility with gentle yoga postures, relaxing breathing techniques and Yoga Nidra meditation. All are welcome, particularly first responders and veterans.

BeStill/Table Awaits
An hour of intentional stillness combining elements of meditation, silence, healing sound, and massage. Resting poses designed to gently open and relax the body.

Radical Recovery
Guided meditation, massage, and aromatherapy designed for those who have been diagnosed with cancer; caregivers are welcome.
